Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Zerty (“the Service”), operated by RightsTech Ltd (Company No. 16602847, registered in England and Wales), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Zerty provides AI-powered specialists that generate deliverables including brand strategy, pitch decks, content, and related outputs. The Service is provided “as is” and may change as we develop new features and specialists.

3. Accounts

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of any content you provide to the Service (inputs, data, context). By using the Service, you grant RightsTech Ltd a limited licence to process your content for the purpose of delivering the Service.

5. Generated outputs

Outputs generated by the Service (brand documents, decks, articles, etc.) are owned by you. RightsTech Ltd does not claim ownership of generated outputs, though we may use anonymised, aggregated data to improve the Service.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to generate harmful or misleading content, or to attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service or its underlying systems.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RightsTech Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
